Art on 5th's framing is unique. Instead of using colored paper mats, we use neutral toned hand-wrapped linen mats and liners to provide space between your work of art and the frame. Hand-wrapped linen is richer in appearance and has more depth, creating a more interesting visual experience. The neutral tones allow us to be more creative in our frame choice, and as we have cherry-picked the best frames from over ten different companies, we have a lot to choose from.

Our attention to detail is unsurpassed. We use Kevlar (also used in bullet-proof vests) cords on the back of our frames to prevent accidents caused by wire deterioration. When wrapping our linen mats and liners, we actually cut the whole mat out and cover it with one piece of linen, so that there are no seams at the corners of the mat. Our design concepts are original, helping you to explore more adventurous ideas that will enhance your viewing experience, but not compete with your art.
